Collection and processing of personal data:

The software is installed on our own and rented servers located in Austria, and there is no transfer of data abroad. When the website is deleted from our servers, the anonymized data from the web analytics software is also automatically deleted.

Logging of email traffic/webmail:
For the purpose of ensuring adequate information and system security, as well as detecting and handling malicious software, our email servers (including rented servers) generate log data about the processed email traffic. When you send an email to or from our servers, the following data is logged: email and IP address, recipient’s email and IP address, recipient’s hostname, sender’s email and IP address, sender’s hostname, subject, date and time of receipt by the server, filenames of any attachments, message size, risk classification regarding spam quality, and delivery status. The examination of emails and the filtering of spam or malicious software are initially performed automatically. Only in suspected or doubtful cases, individual emails may undergo a closer examination by responsible individuals, potentially in consultation with the recipient.
